Refund Policy

We are committed to placing each puppy in the right home and maintaining a fair and transparent process for all families.

Deposits

A deposit is required to reserve a puppy or secure a place on our waitlist. Deposits are typically non-refundable, as they represent a commitment and allow us to plan responsibly for each litter.

Transfers

In certain situations, deposits may be transferred to a future litter. Transfer requests are considered on a case-by-case basis and must be approved in advance.

Final Payments

Final payments are due prior to or on go-home day. Once a puppy has been paid for in full, payments are non-refundable.

Health-Related Exceptions

If a serious health concern is identified by a licensed veterinarian prior to placement, we will work with you to provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a refund, replacement, or credit toward a future puppy.

Buyer Responsibility

We encourage all families to carefully consider their decision before placing a deposit. Changes in personal circumstances after committing to a puppy do not typically qualify for a refund.
